 VE Power Door is the manufacturer of the PowerMaster line of commercial door and gate operators. VE Power Door opened its doors in October of 1969, under the direction of our founder, Philip Lanzarone. Our family owned and operated business was originally created to service local installers, but grew to become a nationally known brand of quality workmanship. We also provide solutions to your accessory control requirements, from a standard pushbutton control station to customized multiple station control panels for interior and exterior applications.
Our facility has always been located on Long Island; and we have been in Brentwood NY since 1980.
The PowerMaster line is UL recognized and is renowned for its consistent quality, reliability, and efficiency; while keeping in step with the technology in the industry. Together with our distributors, we have supplied door and gate operators all across North & South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

MECHANICAL PARTS: PowerMaster warrants all DOOR OPERATORS (MG, H, J, T, SL categories) to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from date of manufacture, provided that product has been registered. A one year warranty applies if product has not been registered.


PowerMaster warrants all GATE OPERATORS (Swing, Slide, Barrier categories) to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from date of manufacture, provided that product has been registered. A one year warranty applies if  product has not been registered. 


ELECTRICAL PARTS (including boards, switches, relays, etc): PowerMaster warrants electrical parts,  including boards, switches, relays, and other electrical components, for a two (2) year period, provided that product has been registered. A one year warranty applies if product has not been registered. A one year warranty applies if product has not been registered.

Fill out the registration form provided with your operator. This must be completed and returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase.

To begin an RMA or return process, please contact our Technical Support Department to evaluate the issue with your product.


If a return is determined to be necessary, our Technical Support team will provide you with a case number.


Once you have received your case number:

  1. Contact your distributor and provide them with the case number
  2. Your distributor will issue an RMA number and provide you with instructions for completing the return
  3. Follow your distributor’s return instructions to ensure your product is processed correctly

Please note: An RMA number must be obtained through your distributor before sending a product back.
