We are proud of the quality and longevity of our openers; they have been shown to withstand the test of time. We continue to build our openers with the latest technology for safety and durability. Over the last 20 years, UL safety requirements have changed and improved, as has the technology to implement these requirements.

As time passes and these legacy CDO’s and gate openers begin to need repairs it becomes more difficult to bring these units up to the current safety standards, which is a UL requirement.

Therefore, we will no longer offer live technical support for CDO’s and gate openers built prior to 2010 (when UL issued new revisions to UL325 requiring monitored safety devices on all openers).

Please explore this website to find wiring diagrams and instruction manuals for the units you are working on. These diagrams will show you how to connect pushbuttons, keypads, photo eyes, edges and many accessories used with doors and gates.
